Welcome to Joe's Job Finder project homepage. It is a project to aid someone in, well
trying to find a job by keeping track of a different pieces of information in the
search. It is up to the user to make sure valid and current information is entered
into the Job Finder.
My implementation of Job Finder uses a variety
of tools, including ASP.NET, SQL, SQL Server, and C#. There are four main pages: Companies, Contacts,
Job Postings and Communications. A guest, someone who is not logged in, can browse, but not
change the data on any of the pages. An authenticated user with the correct access can add
information to these pages using specific criteria. For example, a contact needs a company
before the contact can be entered into the system.
